We take pride in making sure that your exhibit arrives on time and in great condition for your trade show, so put our logistics specialists to work for your company.

Exhibit Storage Policies

We charge $25/month per case, and $100 every time your booth enters or leaves our facility. When your booth arrives at our facility, we immediately check the hardware and graphics for any flaws or damage. If parts need to be replaced or repaired, you will be informed long before the date of your next show. Once we are confident that your booth is in great working order, we put it away in a climate controlled space until it's time to ship it to your next event.

Booth Logistics Services

Shipping cost is not included in the price, so you will be billed every time your display ships. We do not mark up the shipping cost, we simply pass along charges billed to us by UPS or FedEx. We can take the stress out of shipping your booth to various trade shows around the country. Our exhibit logistics experts understand the trade show environment, and we know what it takes to make sure your system arrives on time and in mint condition.
