I received the Shipping Tube in good order, and it looks like it will work for me, as planned. Shipping to this part of the world is challenging, so thank you for your extra effort in this regard. The sales department commented early on in the process "Don't worry, we'll get it to you one way or another..." which I was very appreciative to hear, as usually we are the ones (at this end) trying to track down our incoming orders. So thanks very much for your commitment. You also have a great website that facilitates online ordering, and turns it into quite an easy process.
