Standard vs. Premium Popup Displays

If you're trying to decide between our Standard and Premium Popup Displays, let this page serve as a guide to help you make the right decision for your company. Frame

The frame of the Standard Popup Display is very similar to the frame of the Premium Popup Display. Both are made of recyclable aluminum with plastic hubs, and the frames are nearly identical in size. Premium Popup Displays come with self-locking frames, which means that the frame snaps into place automatically without the need for connector pieces. The Standard Popup Display is not self-locking, but the magnetized connectors make snapping the frame into place extremely easy.

Magnetic Bars

Premium Popup Displays come with 7 hinged magnetic bars that snap on to the frame of the display using proprietary clips. Each magnetic bar is hinged in two places, and the pieces are shock-corded together for easy setup. The Standard Popup Display comes with 21 magnetic bars. Although the Standard Popup uses more magnetic bars than the Premium, they are actually easier to set up because they attach to the frame using magnets instead of clips.

Lights

Both displays come with 200W halogen floodlights that are specially designed for use with popup displays. The lights are stored in the lid of your popup display case when not in use, which means they are effectively out of your way unless you need them.

Shipping Case

Premium and Standard Popup Displays both come with durable, wheeled shipping cases that can be shipped via UPS or FedEx. The Standard Popup Display Case retails for $225, and the Premium Popup Display Case retails for $319. The Premium case stores your hardware and graphics in separated areas, which will go a long way to protect your popup display from damage in shipping and transportation.

Warranty

The Premium and Standard Popup Displays both carry a lifetime warranty on the frame of the display, and the rest of the display carries a one year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Weight and Footprint

Premium Popup Displays are heavier and have a larger footprint than Standard Popup Displays. Many exhibitors associate a thicker frame with a higher quality product, but our experience has shown that Standard Popup Displays hold up just as well to the rigors of exhibiting as Premium Popup Displays. Thanks to the smaller footprint and lightweight construction, the Standard system will leave more space in your booth for other accessories, and will also cost less to ship via UPS or FedEx (as shipping cost is based on weight).

Whether you purchase the Premium system or Standard system, you will receive the same quality level for fabric and graphics. We understand that high quality fabric and graphics are vital to any popup display system, and we never cut corners in these areas.
