It's simple! MODdisplays guarantees you're getting the best price. If you should find a better price online for the same product within 24 hours, MODdisplays will refund you the difference. If you haven't ordered the product yet we will sell it to you for the lower price.
What does the Best Price Guarantee apply to?
The Best Price Guarantee applies to almost all of our products with only a few exceptions. Due to market saturation of cheap popup displays, traditional popup displays are excluded from this offer. For other terms and conditions please see below.
How do I take advantage of the Best Price Guarantee?
Just call (877.663.3976 option 1) or email (sales@moddisplays.com) within 24 hours of ordering or before placing your order and let one of our sales and customer support representatives where you found the lower price.
Terms and Conditions:
1. In the unlikely event that you find a lower price on MODdisplays or another website within 24 hours of your purchase on MODdisplays.com, we will refund you the difference. This Best Price Guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions listed below.
2. Notifying MODdisplays of a Claim. You must contact us at 877.663.3976 or sales@moddisplays.com within
twenty-four (24) hours after your order to claim your refund or before you place your order to purchase the item at the lower price. The lower price must be available for purchase at the time you contact us, as dermined by our sales and customer service representatives.
3. Must be "Apples to Apples" Comparison. The Best Price Guarantee is only applicable to exact matches, for example, where applicable the printing process and the hardware need to be an exact match in order for this Best Price Guarantee to apply. Many display providers are still offering old, inferior printing quality for a lower price because they have not incurred the cost of the essential new high quality printing processes, which modern exhibiting demands. For this reason, traditional style pop-up displays and printing are no longer applicable to the Best Price Guarantee since it is virtually impossible to tell what competitors are offering (this would include or Standard, Economy, and Premium lines of popup display hardware and graphics).
4. Comparison Prices Must Be Available to the General Public. The Best Price Guarantee applies only to prices that are advertised and available to the general public. For example, this does not include special agency pricing, auction site pricing, prices available only by using a coupon, membership or incentive pricing, or any other pricing not available to the general public. The lower rate cannot come from a website you can only call or email for the price. The rate must be in US dollars (and without referring to a currency converter). While we are often able to match quotes faxed or emailed from other companies, the final decision rests in the discretion of the MODdisplays' sales or customer support representative.
5. All requests, including receipts, are subject to verification by MODdisplays. MODdisplays will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by MODdisplays personnel. Nor will MODdisplays verify any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith.
6. MODdisplays reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person or company, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of your claim will determine your eligibility under the Best Price Guarantee. The failure by MODdisplays to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
