XRline Structure
The structure of our XRline booths is made from lightweight, durable aluminum extrusions. These extrusions are 100% recyclable, and they are capable of accepting connections with a number of accessories. If you need to add accessories down the road, the flexibility of these extrusions will allow you to repeatedly re-work and customize your exhibit.
XRline Graphics
The graphics for XRline booths are made using a process called dye sublimation. This process essentially burns your image into a durable, washable fabric graphic that is resistant to wrinkles and fading. If your graphic ever becomes dirty or smudged, you can use your washing machine to clean the graphic. For tough, stubborn stains, the graphic can be taken to a dry cleaning facility to be treated.
The graphics have pole pockets at the top and bottom which accept aluminum graphic supports. These supports hold your graphic tight so it maintains a rigid appearance. The sides of the graphic have a foam bead sewn into the fabric, and the foam bead can be pushed into the grooves of the aluminum extrusion to pull the graphic tight in the horizontal plain.
What Makes the XRline Eco-Friendly?
XRline displays are produced in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility that is powered entirely by wind energy. Despite the sheer scale of the manufacturing process, an average day at the plant generates no more waste than would be generated by an average family of four in a day. This is the case because components can be reused in a number of different contexts, and nearly all of the scrap material is recyclable.
XRline systems are extremely portable. The lightweight construction allows the systems to be shipped via UPS or FedEx at a relatively low cost when compared with similarly customizable exhibits. The lightweight design saves fuel, and saves you money in shipping.
Every XRline display is completely modular. This means when you need to reconfigure or upgrade your trade show booth, you can reuse all of the pieces you already have. Think of the XRline components like Lego blocks - you can build a wide variety of structures using the same basic building blocks.
XRline displays also offer eco-friendly, low voltage halogen lights built right into the canopy of your display. Not only will these low impact lights save you money at your show (reduced electricity bills), but they are great for the environment as well. You'll never have to worry about proprietary trade show lighting fixtures again, as all of the bulbs for the lights can be purchased at a local hardware store.
