Often used at smaller conventions or business presentations, Tabletop Displays are one of the most frequently used trade show displays. These displays are usually purchased from stock exhibit lines mainly categorized as panel displays, which include briefcase style displays, or pop-up displays. A new category of hybrid displays such as the Entasi or Table Toppers has hit the market.
Oftentimes medium sized to larger companies will purchase numerous table top displays and distribute them to each of their regional representatives to use at smaller local conventions, such as chamber of commerce shows. Companies just getting into the trade show circuit will also use table top displays as way to test the waters without spending the big bucks.
Some of the most important criteria to consider when purchasing a display is does the display meet your size and usability requirements. And above all keep in mind your graphics. Cut your budget on the hardware before you do on graphic design or graphic output.
