Once an order is in place a designer will reach out with an introduction and provide a link to your design brief. The design brief will allow you to provide artwork elements, such as logos, photos, or text, as well as notes for your design.

Upon receiving your information, we initiate the design process. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to complete your design, starting from when we receive a comprehensive design brief along with all essential artwork elements, such as logos, images, and final text, for production.

After developing a concept tailored for your success, we will send you proofs and renderings of our exceptional idea, typically within 2-3 business days. Keep in mind that we provide 2 revisions within the 7-business-day timeframe. Each additional revision may require up to 2 more business days per revision.

After all requested revisions have been made the final step is to approve your artwork.
